EMMC is a Community Based Organisation, related by Mukono dioscese with its head office at Mukono Dioscese. The organisation was established in 2023 mainly to operate as a ministry offering relief, rescue and hope, restoration to individuals and communities that have been affected by various disasters.

This ministry was founded by Maama Catherine Kagoddo with a major aim of winning souls for the kingdom of God through charitable deeds. The Organisation posesses staff comprising of technical and management specialists.
